FAQs

I have questions. Who do I contact?

Send an email to marquina@nextbigideaclub.com for all of your First Look Club related questions.

Is this a paid position?

Not at this time. Our readers get free, pre-release books that interest them. In return we ask for honest reviews to support our authors. Reviews are very important for books being promoted by book sellers, particularly on Amazon.

How can I get my book in front of readers?

Fill out this form https://tally.so/r/wLgkN1 or send an email to michael@nextbigideaclub.com

I don't live in the United States, can I still particpate?

Yes. In most cases we can provide digital copies in various formats.

Where do I leave reviews?

The most helpful platforms for reviews is Amazon.com, Goodreads.com, and barnesandnoble.com

What if I recieve a book but don't review it?

We ask that you only request books that you think you can read and review within the given timeframe. However, if you don't get it in time, it is never too late to leave a review. Every review helps the authors.

Are we expected to leave only positive reviews?

We hope that you can write objective reviews that will help readers make their purchasing decisions. We only choose books that we think are going to be good so we hope that naturally, most books will leave a positive impression.

Do we need to prove that we have left a review?

We may follow up asking for links to your reviews so we can share them with the authors.

If I sign up and I guaranteed to receive a book?

There is a limited number of copies availalbe so we can not guarantee all people that signup will recieve a copy of the book. We will do our best to let you know the book availability.
